Our products range in size from a 3 mm diameter to 150 mm. Our press capacity ranges from 5-1000 tons in size. We manufacture parts in bronze, brass, copper and many grades of iron and steel alloys.

In almost every sample shown, Powder Metal was
able to save our customers money in a multitude of ways,
such as, the elimination of machining operations via net shape
forming, creation of a single part to replace multi part
assemblies, eliminated the need to hob or cut gear teeth,
significantly reduced the weight of the part, or at the very
least provided our customers with a cost effective means to
produce a difficult and demanding design.
